Detection and Tracking of Small Moving Objects

Thesis deals with the detection and tracking of small moving objects from static images. This work shows a general overview of methods and approaches to detection and tracking of objects. There are also described some other approaches to the whole solution. It also included basic definitions, such a noise, convolution and mathematical morphology. The work described Bayesian filtering and Kalman filter. It described the theory of Wavelets, wavelets filters and transformations. The work deals with different ways of the blob`s detection. It is here the design and implementation of applications, which is based on the wavelets filters and Kalman filter. It`s implemented several methods of background subtraction, which are compared by testing. Testing and application are designed to detect vehicles, which are moving faraway (at least 200 m away). 
Emails and another usage of bayesian filters

This diploma thesis deals with usage of bayesian filtres. Bayesian filters are used especially as defensive mechanism in fight with unsolicited emails. The main aim is to try whether these filters may operate not only with emails but also on behalf of web pages distinction. The introductory part provides basic information about fight against unsolicited emails. Above all is mentioned bayesian fighting method that is more detailed developed with simple example. The second fundamental half is focusing on attempt where are experimentally analyzed possibilities of web pages distinction with the aid of bayesian filter into legitimate and spam pages. Furthermore it handles with possibility web pages sorting into several categories more than only into legitimate and spam. Both experiments are described in detail and it includes descriptions of all used tools.

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o stále aktuálnější problematice bezpečnosti informačních technologií. Cílem je provést analýzu hrozeb a rizik, které jsou pro podnikové sítě v současnosti nejvíce nebezpečné. Proto je práce zaměřena především na spam. Možnosti obrany proti spamu a nastavení podnikové sítě je ukázáno na zvolené malé firmě Orbisvideo. Na základě jednoduchého testu je prokázáno, že pouze technologie nestačí k zabezpečení počítače, ale je nutné aby samotní uživatelé dodržovali etiku chování na internetu.
